PRICES

The prices that are guaranteed to the customer are those displayed on the site at the time of the order. However, the latter can be modified at any time in the event of particular conditions linked to certain economic factors, rights and taxes, changes in the cost of labor or raw materials, particular customer needs etc.

All prices are indicated in euros and do not include transport costs which will be automatically calculated and indicated on the order form (the shopping cart).

All prices displayed are calculated including value added tax (VAT), which may differ between billing countries.

EVASION OF THE ORDER

1. The shopping cart constitutes the order form.

2. If you choose to place your order, you must enter the information necessary for billing and delivering the items. The information that will be provided then binds the customer. In the event of an error in the header of the delivery details, the site and the AVENUE 21 company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the item (s).

3. After validation of the contact details, the means of payment will be chosen. The order will be automatically validated and will constitute an irrevocable commitment on the part of the customer which can be questioned only in the cases provided for to a limited extent by these conditions (see the right of withdrawal).

Each order is considered final and can only be canceled with the consent of AVENUE 21 and this on conditions that will indemnify it for any loss or damage caused by this cancellation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

At each stage of the order (validation, possible change of availability, shipping) an e-mail is automatically sent provided that the electronic address indicated in the registration form does not lead to errors. The email confirming the processing of the order and the dispatch of the package will specify the package number and the link to the carrier's website for tracking the delivery.

AVENUE 21 reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (problem related to the order received or problem of supply of items). You have 5 working days to indicate to the customer that he cannot fulfill the order and ask him to modify it or otherwise cancel it.

PAYMENT

The total amount is to be paid upon validation of the order. AVENUE 21 is not aware of card numbers and data is not stored on the server. Access to customers' bank details is not possible either electronically or in print. Payment can be made with the following methods:

1. Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Maestro, CartaSi, Postepay)

2. Paypal

3. Bank transfer

The order is accounted for upon payment which is irrevocable, in cash, net and without discounts. Any delay, accident or non-payment entails as a penalty, late interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in application of Italian law.

AREA AND TERMS OF DELIVERY

We deliver the items where the customer wants. If you want them to be delivered to a friend, neighbor, workplace ... just specify the delivery address, which can be different from the billing address.

The delivery is made with the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, with, at each delivery, the signature of a receipt by the identified recipient. It is advisable, in all cases, to make sure of the contents and the good condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt.

For any significant delay, we undertake to compensate the customer by offering him the delivery costs on his next order. However, exceeding the delivery deadline cannot give rise to compensation for damages, nor withholding, nor cancellation of the order in progress, in the event of total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blocking of means of transport or supply, governmental or legal restrictions, etc.

AVENUE 21 cannot even be held responsible if laws, regulations or any other event result in a blocking of articles at the borders.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products that do not comply with the requirements are delivered, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty by following the instructions below:

1. The return can be made within 14 working days from the arrival of the goods

2. AVENUE 21 will reimburse the full cost of the products returned by the Customer, as deemed unworn, unused and undamaged.

3. In case of return of the product, the latter will be charged to the Customer. Likewise, in the event of a change of goods, AVENUE 21 does not take over the transition.

4. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written communication to AVENUE 21 to the e-mail address: avenue.21@libero.it indicating: Name, Surname, the order number for which it is intended exercise the right of withdrawal, any motivation

DISPUTE

Complaints or disputes will always be received with kindness and attention. In the event of a dispute, the company FORMICA SRL will be addressed as a priority to obtain an amicable solution, by post, email or via the contact form in the Contact section of the AVENUE 21 website.

WARRANTIES

In accordance with article 4 of decree n ° 78-464 of 24 March 1978, the provisions hereof cannot deprive the customer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional dealer to guarantee him against all the consequences of hidden defects of the thing sold. The company is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the website, https://avenuen21.wixsite.com/avenue pursuant to law n ° 98-389 of May 19, 1998 relating to liability for defective products.

Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or to an asset due to a defect in the product, only the responsibility of its manufacturer may be pursued by the Customer, based on the information appearing on the packaging of the aforementioned product. Furthermore, the company reminds that the products, services and information offered by AVENUE 21 do not in any way replace the constant vigilance of adults.

The liability of AVENUE 21 could not exist in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services he plans to order.

ALL CONDITIONS

A change of legislation, regulation or a judicial decision that renders null one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale would not compromise the validity of these general conditions of sale. Such a change or verification could in no case allow the customer not to respect these general conditions of sale.

Duration and application

These Conditions apply for the entire duration of the online posting of the services offered by the company AVENUE 21 and can be modified at any time by the latter.
